Because each item is made to order just for you, all sales are final and non-returnable. This helps us reduce waste and stay true to our mission of creating more mindfully.

If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

To report an issue, just email us with the following information: 

• The order number.
• A description of the damage.
• Photos of the damaged item, the packaging and the shipping label.

We’ll take care of the rest!
